After purchase, complete the Creative Brief detailing your brand name, industry, target audience, style references, and any must-haves or avoid-at-all-costs. The stronger your brief, the better your concepts.
TIMELINE:
Initial concepts delivered within 7 business days of brief confirmation
Final files delivered within 3 business days of concept approval
REVISION POLICY:
2 rounds of revisions included on the chosen concept
Switching concepts after selection counts as a new round
Additional revisions beyond 2 rounds billed at $85/hr
Concept approval in writing (email or message) locks the direction

If you are currently on a retainer with OvaYahso, your brand guidelines will be built from work already completed making this a fast turnaround. If you are a new client, a brand discovery form will be sent before work begins.
