Within 24 hours you'll receive an invite to your OvaYahso Project Board where you track progress, leave feedback, and download final files. Posts are delivered as a batch, not one at a time.
Already on a retainer? Write "Active retainer client your brand name" in the brief and reference your existing board. No need to resubmit your full brief.

Animated posts take longer than static this is built into the pricing and timeline
Posts delivered as a complete batch
Rush Delivery is not available for animated posts under any circumstances do not add Rush Delivery to your cart for this product
REVISION POLICY
1 round of revisions included per batch
Revisions cover timing adjustments, color changes, text edits, and minor motion tweaks
A full re-animation or style change after delivery is a new order
All revision notes must be submitted in one consolidated message on your Project Board
No response within 3 business days of delivery is treated as approved and finalized
