HOW IT WORKS:
Purchase the plan and complete the OvaYahso Creative Brief. Tell us your brand, your platforms, and your style. Within 24 hours you'll receive an invite to your dedicated Project Board your one workspace for submitting requests, tracking progress, leaving feedback, and downloading final files. Your first batch is delivered within 5 business days of brief approval.
Work begins only after your brief is submitted and approved. Delays on your end delay your start date, not ours.
REVISION POLICY:
1 round of revisions included per batch
A revision means adjusting layout, colors, fonts, or copy within the approved direction
Changing the concept or direction after approval is a new order
All revision notes must be submitted in one consolidated message on your Project Board
No response within 3 business days of delivery is treated as approved
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide all brand assets before work begins logo files, brand colors, fonts
If assets are not received within 5 business days of purchase your start date moves accordingly
Captions and copy for posts are your responsibility.
Feedback must be submitted within 3 business days of delivery
NOT INCLUDED:
Captions or copywriting
Posting or scheduling to your accounts
Photography or video production
Animated or motion posts
Work outside the agreed monthly deliverables
Rush requests without the Rush Delivery add-on
