Studio Retainer

Full creative studio support for agencies, multi-brand operators and organizations that need high volume design delivered consistently every week.

WHAT’S INCLUDED EACH MONTH:

• Up to 30 branded posts/ month across up to 2 platforms

• Full content calendar design layout (not strategy or copy)

• Up to 8 motion graphics/ animated posts included

• Up to 4 ad creatives (static) design (Meta, IG, Tiktok)

• White-label delivery (files delivered unbranded for agencies)

• Dedicated communication channel (Slack/ WhatsApp, clients choice)

• Monthly 45-minute strategy + direction call

• 3 rounds of revisions per content batch (see revision policy below)

• Billed monthly, cancel anytime with 30 days written notice

*Animated posts are delivered in MP4 or GIF format. Format changes after delivery are not included.

HOW IT WORKS:

After checkout you’ll fill out the OvaYahso Creative Brief, a short form where you tell us about your brand, platforms and style. We’ll take it from there and deliver your first batch within 5 business days of brief approval. Work begins only after the brief is submitted and approved, delays in submitting your brief, delay your start date, not ours.

REVISION POLICY:

• 3 rounds of revisions are included per batch

• A revision means adjusting existing design elements (colors, fonts, copy, layout)

• A revision does NOT mean starting over, changing the concept or redesigning from scratch, that is a new project billed at $85/hr

• Revision requests must be submitted together in one message, not one at a time

• Revision requests received after batch approval are not included and will be billed separately.

• The monthly campaign counts as one project, revisions to the campaign are separate from post revisions

• Each brand/ client under this retainer is treated as one account, additional brands require upgrading or a separate retainer

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES:

• You must provide all relevant brand assets (logo files, brand colors, fonts) before kick off call

• Content direction, campaign themes and post topics must be provided monthly in writing before production begins

• If assets are not provided within 5 business days of purchase, your start date moves accordingly

• Copy/ captions for posts must be provided by you unless copywriting is added as a separate service

• Feedback must be submitted within 3 business days of delivery, silence after 3 business days is treated as approval

NOT INCLUDED:

• Copywriting or captions (available as add-on service)

• Posting or scheduling to your accounts (available as add-on service)

• Photography or video production (available as add-on service)

• Work outside the agreed monthly deliverables

• Rush requests (available as add-on service)

• More than 2 platforms or more than 1 brand account (additional brands billed separately)

• More than 30 posts, 8 animated posts or 4 ad creatives per month

• Posting scheduling or account management

• Photography, videography or raw media production (available as add-on service)

• Logo design or full brand identity work (available as add-on service)

• Video editing of client-provided footage (available as add-on service)

ADD-ONS AVAILABLE (billed separately)

• Extra posts: $150/ post

• Rush delivery fee(under 48hr): $250 flat

• Captions/ Copywriting: $450/ month

• Additional brand/ account: $600/month per brand

• Additional platform: $550/ month

• Additional ad creatives beyond 4: $150/ creative

BILLING & TERMS:

• Billed monthly - $5,500 charged at checkout and on the same date each month
