HOW IT WORKS

Purchase the plan and complete the OvaYahso Creative Brief. Tell us your brand, your platforms, your style, and provide account access for posting. Within 24 hours you'll receive an invite to your dedicated Project Board your one workspace for submitting requests, tracking progress, leaving feedback, and downloading final files. Your first batch is delivered within 5 business days of brief approval.

Work begins only after your brief is submitted and approved. Delays on your end delay your start date, not ours.

REVISION POLICY

2 rounds of revisions included per batch
A revision means adjusting layout, colors, fonts, or copy within the approved direction
Changing the concept or direction after approval is a new order billed at $85/hr
All revision notes must be submitted in one consolidated message on your Project Board
The monthly campaign graphic counts as its own project revisions to it are separate from post revisions
Each brand or account under this retainer is treated as one account additional brands require an upgrade or separate retainer
No response within 3 business days of delivery is treated as approved

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide all brand assets before work begins logo files, brand colors, fonts
Provide account login access for posting and scheduling before your start date
Content direction, campaign themes, and post topics must be provided monthly in writing before production begins
If assets are not received within 5 business days of purchase your start date moves accordingly
Feedback must be submitted within 3 business days of delivery
