One round of content updates per month new images, updated hours, menu or service changes, minor page edits
Monthly performance report covering traffic numbers, most visited pages, and any issues found and resolved
Priority support issues flagged by you are addressed within 24 hours
Covers both Squarespace and Webflow sites
HOW IT WORKS
Purchase the plan and complete a brief intake form outlining your site platform, login access details, current known issues, and what you'd like updated each month. Within 24 hours you'll receive an invite to your dedicated Maintenance Board on Trello your ongoing workspace for submitting update requests, flagging issues, and receiving your monthly report. Billed monthly, cancel anytime with 30 days written notice.
Content update requests must be submitted by the 20th of each month to be included in that month's cycle. Requests submitted after the 20th roll into the following month.
TERMS
Billed monthly on the same date each month
Requires login access to your site platform before work begins
Content updates are limited to one round per month additional updates billed at $85/hr
Major design changes, new pages, or full content overhauls are not included and quoted separately
Monthly report delivered within 5 business days of the end of each month
Cancel anytime with 30 days written notice to letswork@ovayahso.com

Content strategy or copywriting
Photography or custom imagery creation
Social media posting or scheduling
